Desk Audits |

Desk Audits are used in specific instances or on a routine bases to review
one or more claims submitted by a Pharmacy. A letter is sent to the
Pharmacy requesting a copy of the original prescriptions in question.
The copy of the Prescription is then reviewed by a Pharm/DUR© Staff
Pharmacist. If a discrepancy is noted, the Pharmacy is billed back for that claim.
