The AUDITRACK© System is a fully automated auditing system that
utilizes Laptop Computers and the latest in Scanning Technology for
verification. The On-Site Audit Program is specially designed to cause
little disruption to the normal pharmacy routine. Pharm/DUR© uses only
Registered Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians with years of experience in
the Retail Pharmacy environment to perform the audits. The audit results and
all scanned documents are reviewed by our Staff Pharmacists before the
results are sent to the Pharmacy and the Client. Audit results are sent
to the Client within 30 days of finalization of the audit via CD or E-Mail.

Pharm/DUR© also offers an Auditing Program whereby the Client provides
the auditor and Pharm/DUR© provides all backroom services. In this scenario
Pharm/DUR© provides the Client's Auditor with a Laptop Computer, a Scanner,
and Training. The AUDITRACK© System, utilizing the paid prescription data,
prepares the audit information for your auditor. The audit data is downloaded
onto the laptop for the auditor to complete the in-store audit. When completed,
the audit information is returned to Pharm/DUR©. All pre-audit and post-audit
documentation as well as all Pharmacy and Client communication are handled by Pharm/DUR©.
This arms length Auditing Program requires no increase in client staffing.
